As a Poznań local, I have the luxury of having this gaming celebration right next to me, which lets me fully soak in the atmosphere - and this time, it definitely didn’t disappoint. This year’s edition of PGA was full of action, unique booths, and moments that will stay with me for a long time.

There were plenty of them - the huge retro zone drew in nostalgic gamers like a magnet.

A lot of attention was also given to new titles and hardware - I got to test the Lenovo Legion Go S, and while my heart still belongs to home gaming, that portable device left a strong impression on me.

I also can’t forget the massive LEGO booth combined with Fortnite - two of my favorite things in one place? Yeah, they had me instantly!

Meanwhile, the Bethesda booth promoting the new Fallout 76 expansion with a giant Deathclaw was just stunning - they’re doing an amazing job at building immersive experiences.

🎮 My Little Victory

During the “guess the game from a screenshot” contest, I actually won a SteelSeries Rival 3 mouse! That was the moment I thought, “yep, totally worth coming here.” I felt proud and motivated - maybe it’s time to enter more contests in the future.

💻 Hardware and Premieres

Komputronik presented their new line of “Level” PCs, and one of the models was inspired by Hatsune Miku - yes, really! A mix of gaming, pop culture, and J-pop… I’m so here for it. It shows how the gaming industry in Poland brings together so many different worlds in one event.

That element really struck me, because in a place where technology meets style and passion - that’s exactly where I feel I belong.

🧠 Reflections

What hit me the most was how strongly the community of gamers, creators, exhibitors, and fans can unite. The queues were long, the crowds were thick, yet instead of frustration - I felt excitement and good energy everywhere.

For me, it’s not just a trade show - it’s a celebration of gaming culture, style, and technology, pulled out of everyday life and brought together in one space.

Conclusion? Totally worth it. Despite sore feet and a crying wallet, I’ll absolutely be back at PGA again next year (as always ^^).

I’m heading home with photos, notes, and ideas for the next edition. And even though I still prefer playing in the comfort of my room, events like this remind me that sometimes it’s worth stepping out, meeting people, and feeling the pulse of the gaming world firsthand.
